KWK Enterprises LLC ships from Piedmont, Ohio to select countries. International carts can take longer, and duties are handled at the destination.
Shipping and duties
We ship select international orders. Duties, taxes, and longer transit times may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Transit is typically 8–21 business days depending on the country
- Customs may inspect parcels; we cannot control hold times once the order leaves the U.S.
- Refused shipments are not refunded for duties already paid to the carrier
Before you order
Email brandconnect@kwk-ent.com with your destination and cart contents for a shipping quote. Some graphic pieces cannot be exported due to licensing.
Returns from abroad
International returns follow the same 30-day eligibility rules. Return shipping is prepaid by KWK Enterprises LLC only when we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
