How pickup works
Orders are prepared at our Piedmont, Ohio location (26676 Idlewood Lane, Piedmont, Ohio 43983) and held for 7 days after the ready email. You will not be charged shipping on pickup orders.
- Select Store pickup at checkout instead of a shipping address
- We email you when the bag is ready — typical prep is 1–2 business days
- Uncollected orders after 7 days are refunded and returned to stock
ID required
Bring a photo ID that matches the order name. A friend or courier can collect the bag with a printed confirmation and ID.
Hours and parking
Pickup is available during store hours. Call 740-359-3014 if you need a later window the same day. Street parking is available near the entrance.
