Schools, nonprofits, and resellers with a valid certificate can shop KWK Enterprises LLC without sales tax on qualifying orders.
Who can apply
Eligible schools, nonprofits, and resellers can request tax-exempt checkout. Send a current exemption certificate and your account email to brandconnect@kwk-ent.com.
- Certificate must match the billing name on your KWK account
- Resale certificates must list apparel or similar goods
- We cannot apply exemption to guest checkout — create an account first
Processing
Approved accounts are flagged within two business days. Tax-exempt status applies to future orders, not retroactive invoices.
At checkout
Once approved, tax drops to $0.00 on eligible items. If tax still appears, do not pay the extra — email us the order number and we will correct it before fulfillment.
