Returns Policy

Eligibility

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom graphic pieces, final-sale items, and swimwear without a hygiene liner cannot be returned.

• Item must be in original condition with tags attached
• Return window starts on the delivery date, not the order date
• Sale and clearance pieces marked final sale are not eligible

How to start a return

Open the order from My account, or email brandconnect@kwk-ent.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for U.S. domestic returns when the item qualifies.

• Include the original packing slip or write the order number on a note
• Use the prepaid label we send — do not ship to the store without it
• International returns are customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original piece and place a new order for the replacement so you do not miss stock. If we made an error, we will ship the correct item at no extra charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return. Shipping is refunded only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
